I have been doing mixed wrestling sessions since 2001. Although I have very little formal training in BJJ, I do pretty well at submission style wrestling. I have had an opportunity to wrestle with Helen Von Mott, River and many other trained women who have helped me gain informal training in grappling. I also study a mostly stand up style of kung fu and have about 6 years formal training. When I am not training in martial arts I stay fit by going to the gym, doing yoga and swimming.
